On the narrowing of the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow the proceedings by the private enterprise “IT CONSULTING GROUP” (ul. Golovatogo, building 7, sq. 75, m. Lviv, 79022, identification code 35969277) type of economic activity on the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per village second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: Sevastopolska Street, 9, Lviv city, to the type of trade activity non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Activities at the address: Konyushynna Street, 10, Lviv city, are carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 07.07.2017 № 574.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
