On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, due to the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Information on the State Registration of Termination of Entrepreneurial Activities in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

license of the AE series No. 642383 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.06.2015 № 05.06.2015 651 individual — entrepreneur ZALESKE ANDRIY OLEKSANDROVYCH, residing at the address: Chigorina street, house 49, apartment 12, Kyiv city, 01042, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2417014791; place conducting activities at the address: Hrebinky street, house 24, Nizhyn city, Chernihiv region;

AB series licenses No. 601611 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; series AB No. 601612 — for the sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 24.09.2012 No. 829 to an individual — entrepreneur TYCHKOVA MARINA ARKADIEVNA, residing at the address: Tkalycha street, house 12, Cherkasy City, 18035, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2666615626; place of activity at the address: Pionerska Street, Building 10, Cherkasy City.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
