THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 14.03.2018 № 3350/07/24-2018

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, to comply with the order of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine of 27.04.2018 № 36 “On satisfaction of the appeal”, issued on the basis of the decision of the Expert and Appeal Board on Licensing at the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated 26.04.2018 No. 9.1 on the result of consideration of the appeal SE “EFORT-GARANT-17” (identification code 35664912) dated 23.03.2018 № 120 on the preparation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of an act on the results of an unscheduled state surveillance event ( control) on compliance by an entity with the requirements of the legislation in the field of security activities subject to licensing, dated 06.03.2018 № 24/3-241 and the issuance of an order on elimination of violations of the License Terms dated 14.03.2018 №3350/07/24-2018,

I ORDER:

1. Cancel the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 14.03.2018 № 3350/07/24-2018 “On elimination of violations of the license terms of SE “EFORT-GARANT-17”.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to inform the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine about the decision made by sending the relevant extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
