THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of “SPORT LINE MO” LLC about the cancellation of licenses

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AG series No. 507197 for the sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense and the license of the AG series No. 507196 for the conduct of repair activities of non-military firearms, trade in firearms non-military weapons, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 18.02.2011 No. 56 to the company with limited liability “SPORT LINE MO” (ave. Heroes of Stalingrad, 8, building 6, office 69, m. Kyiv, 04210, identification code 33694054).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
