On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY PHOENIX” (identification code 42859077; location: Chernyshevskogo street, house 11, Dnipro city, 49000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 25.03.2019 № 212;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY UNIT” (identification code 42899387; location: Trostyanetska street, house 49, apartment 273, Kyiv city, 02091), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2019 № 235;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY BUREAU GUARD” (identification code 42898247; location: Petro Zaporozhtsia Street, house 14, office 47, Kyiv city, 02230), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2019 № 235;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY BUREAU PROTECTION” (identification code 42898226; location: Mykola Amosova Street, house 12, office 67, Kyiv city, 03038), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.04.2019 № 235.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
