THE ORDER

On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.05.2018 № 406

In order to ensure the correct presentation of data regarding the license applicant — natural person-entrepreneur DIATLOV VOLODYMYR VOLODYMYROVICH and the licensee — the limited liability company “ABSORBER”

I ORDER:

1. Amend the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.05.2018 No. 406 “On the issuance of licenses for the conduct of economic activities and the expansion of the conduct of activities”:

1) in paragraph 1 of the sentence “Place of conduct of activities at the address: st. Soborna, 163, m. Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivsk region.” put in the following version: “Place of activity at the address: ul. Yevreyskaya, building 7, m. Odessa”;

2) in paragraph 2, the words and numbers 'identification code 41016902' shall be replaced by the words and numbers 'identification code 39222491'.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
