THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the head of KAMIA SECURITY SERVICE LLC about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of AB series No. 592383 for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of September 30, 2011 No. 716 to the limited liability company “KAMIA SECURITY SERVICE” (location: Yaroslavsky lane, house 7/9, Kyiv, 04071, identification code 36337308).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
