On the issuance of a license for the conduct of economic activities and the expansion of the conduct of activities

In accordance with the second paragraph of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the fee for granting a license in the part for which the licensee intends to expand his activity is charged as for obtaining a new license in accordance with the first part of Article 14 of the Law in the amount of one subsistence minimum, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to an individual entrepreneur Dyatlov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, who lives at the address: ul. Far East, bud. 2-B, m. Odessa, 65007, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2743520636, license to conduct activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at: ul. Soborna, 163, m. Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivsk region.

2. Expand the limited liability company “ABSORBER” (str. Zakharivska, building 1, sq. 15, m. Kyiv, identification code 41016902) conducting a type of economic activity for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms as an additional part, namely the trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and speed the flight of the bullet more than 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity: st. Lenin, Bud. 2-G, p. Novosilki, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv oblast.
