On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.03.2016 № 178

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the decision of the District Administrative Court of the City of Kyiv dated 11.07.2016, left unchanged by the decision of the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal of 21.11.2016, issued in case No. 826/15747/15 on the claim of the Ministry Internal Affairs of Ukraine to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine on recognition as illegal and cancellation of the decision — Order of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated 26.06.2015 № 16 “On elimination of violations of legislation in the field of licensing Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine”,

I ORDER:

1. Cancel the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 12.03.2016 No. 178 “On the cancellation of paragraph 1 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 07.04.2015 No. 397 “On the cancellation and recognition of invalid licenses”.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) shall within three calendar days inform the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine and the Limited Liability Company Production and Commercial Center “SICH” (identification code 30487376) of the decision taken with sending the relevant extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
