THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “KIZLYAR UKRAINE”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 190827 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 18.03.2013 № 18.03.2013 258 KIZLIAR UKRAINA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (location: Pankivska street, building 6, Kyiv city, 01033, identification code 34867607).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
