THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license to carry out activities for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AG series No. 505472 for the conduct of activities for the provision of services for the protection of property and citizens, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.03.2011 No. 73 to the private enterprise “OLIMP-PROTECTION” (identification code 35303880; location: st. Uspenskaya, 17, m. Odessa, 65014).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
