THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 5 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on non-fulfillment of the order on elimination of violations of the License Terms

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.05.2016 No. 362 to the limited liability company “LEAGUE OF SECURITY” (identification code 40323076; location: st. Anna Akhmatovoi, 32/18, office 161A, m. Kyiv, 02081).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
