THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “UKRAINIAN ARMS COMPANY”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the licenses of the AE series No. 292959 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; series AE No. 292960 — for the sale of special equipment, charged with tear and irritating substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of October 31, 2014 No. 1169 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “UKRAINIAN ARMS COMPANY” (location: street Ruska, house 3, Ternopil city, 46001, identification code 36651092).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
