THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 07.09.2016 No. 904 to the limited liability company “PRIVATE SECURITY FIRM “SCORPION-2016” (identification code 40724138).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
