THE ORDER

On amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 26.04.2019 № 331

In accordance with the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with the intention of the licensee to expand the conduct of the type of business activity subject to licensing and carried out by him in part, an additional part:

I ORDER:

1. Paragraph six of paragraph 1 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of April 26, 2019 No. 331 “On the issuance of licenses for the conduct of economic activities” should be stated in the following version:

“2. To extend to the INDIVIDUAL-ENTREPRENEUR MELNYCHUK SERHIA VASYLOVYCH (place of residence: Verbytskogo Street, house 8, apartment 28, Ternopil city, 46020) the conduct of economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 31.03.2010 № 94, an additional part, namely: trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense.

According to the information submitted, consider the store at the address: Ruska Street, house 3, Ternopil city, as the place of conducting business activities with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense”.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
