On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” regarding the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Information on the State Registration of Termination of a Legal Entity, an Individual Entrepreneur

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

license of the AE series No. 284833 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 26, 2013 No. 1270 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ZAKHIST-TER”, identification code 38970484;

the license of the AE series No. 262897 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.08.2013 № 767 TO THE INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR DAMIENEVA ELENA VASYLIVNA, identification number 2866110925;

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.09.2016 № 943 TO THE NATURAL PERSON-ENTREPRENEUR BOYK OLEKSANDR ANDRIYOVYCH, identification number 2040502415;

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 27.02.2017 № 158 TO AN INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR BURIANOV OLEKSANDROVICH, identification number 3348213733.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
