About license revocation

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the head of the liquidation commission of the Department of the State Security Service of Ukraine at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region Zherebtsova E.M. on the cancellation of the license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for conducting economic activities for the provision of services related to the protection of property and citizens, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.06.2011 No. 288 to the Department of the State Security Service of Ukraine at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv region (location: st. Poltava Way, 20, m. Kharkiv, 61012, identification code 08597026).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
