THE ORDER

On leaving without consideration the application for the issuance of a license for the conduct of security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “BUSINESS — INVEST INNOVATION” (hereinafter — the license applicant).

Based on the results of consideration of the application, it was established that there were grounds for leaving it without consideration.

Thus, in violation of subclause 2 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 18, 2015 No. 960, the work experience of a specialist in the organization of security measures is less than three years, as in the positions of the officer staff in the operational and investigative units of internal affairs, the security police, the SBU, as well as in managerial positions (director, deputy director, head of a branch, other separate unit) of the subject of security activities.

In addition, the provided copy of the work book does not contain an entry about the appointment to the post of director, who acts as a specialist in the organization of security measures.

It is possible to eliminate the shortcomings by providing the necessary documents in accordance with the above requirements.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of the second paragraph of part 2 of the second article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated April 12, 2018 No. 219-2018 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited liability company “BUSINESS — INVEST INNOVATION” (identification code 41449851, location: Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard, building 8-A, Kyiv city, 01103).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
