On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

I ORDER: In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 15.11.2017 No. 928 to the municipal enterprise “MUNICIPAL POLICE OF ALEXANDRIA CITY COUNCIL” (new name: municipal enterprise “MUNICIPAL SECURITY OF ALEXANDRIA CITY COUNCIL”) (identification code 40903349; location of the licensee: Soborny Avenue, 59, m. Alexandria, Kirovohrad region).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
