On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Economic Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “WORLD OF ARMS”

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

AB series licenses No. 446162 for the conduct of economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; AB series No. 446 46163 — for the sale of special means charged with tear and irritating substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of February 25, 2010 No. 40 to the limited liability company “WORLD WEAPONS” (location: Solomianska Street, house 33, Kyiv city, 03141, identification code 36158900.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Office (Chernyshova O. B.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
