In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Financial Director of LLC “FSK “AKADEMIA”

I ORDER:

1. Revoke the license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and tear substances aggressive action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of March 14, 2018 No. 197 to the limited liability company “PHYSICAL CULTURAL AND SPORTS COMPLEX “ACADEMY” (Donetsk highway, bud. 2-D, m. Dnipro, 49000, identification code 30888424).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Office (Chernyshova O. B.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
