THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 292276 for the conduct of security activities, issued to the limited liability company “LEFT BEREG-GUARD” (identification code 39272186), in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.08.2014 No. 762, on the basis of the act of refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection licensing authority.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. To the licensing authority (Kamyshanov V.I.) to notify the licensee of the decision made by sending the corresponding extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
