In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the natural person-entrepreneur of PANASKINIA ELENA MYKOLAIVNA

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the licenses of the AB series No. 540043 for the conduct of economic activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; AB series No. 540044 — for the sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.07.2010 No. 281 to an individual entrepreneur PANASKINI ELENI MYKOLAIVNA (place of residence: st. . Shchepkina, 39, sq. 52, Dnipropetrovsk city, 49000; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2765120601).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
