To comply with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to an individual - entrepreneur Shevchenko Marina Sergeevna, who lives at the address: ul. Zaliznichna, 49, m. Melitopol, Zaporizhzhya region, 72305, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2915710066, license to conduct activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and field speed bullets over 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.
