On refusal to issue a license to conduct security activities

The limited liability company “LEGION — GUARD” (hereinafter — the license applicant) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities. According to the results of consideration of the application and documents submitted by the license applicant in accordance with the requirements of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, it is established that the documents relating to the specialist in the organization of security measures do not meet the requirements of paragraph eight part of the first part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing the necessary documents regarding a specialist in the organization of security measures, who, in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Law, must be the head of the security entity or his deputy, the head of a branch, another separate structural unit or his deputy, whose official duties include the organization and conduct of security measures, control over the performance of the duties assigned to it by the security personnel.

On the basis of paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct security activities to the limited liability company “LEGION — GUARD” (identification code 41189878, location: Kalinova Street, house 23, Dnipro city, 49000 — application dated March 09, 2017 № 92-2017).

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the decision of the working day following the day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
