About license revocation

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 8 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AB No. 507460 series dated 22.01.2010 for the provision of services related to the protection of state and other property, the provision of services for the protection of citizens, issued to the limited liability company “SECURITY SERVICE “TYPHOON” (identification code 36574390), on the basis of the act of refusal of the licensee in the conduct of the inspection by the licensing authority.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision with the sending of the corresponding extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
