THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” regarding the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Information on the State Registration of Termination of a Legal Entity (State Registration of Termination of Business Activities of an Individual Entrepreneur)

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

the limited liability company “TRADING HOUSE OF BILETSKY” (identification code 38597729) a license for the conduct of security activities of the AE series No. 262837, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 24, 2013 No. 706;

the limited liability company “TKD-GROUP” (identification code 32975326) a license for the conduct of security activities of the AB series No. 540438, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of September 18, 2010 No. 442;

the limited liability company “CASCAD-CR” (identification code 37215037) a license for the conduct of security activities of the AG series No. 505162, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 22, 2010 No. 634;

to the private security enterprise “VARTA” (identification code 32898298) a license for the conduct of security activities of the AD series No. 076550, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of August 21, 2012 No. 732;

an individual - entrepreneur PERECREST VALERY BORISOVYCH (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 1917614692) a license to conduct security activities of the AE series No. 292208, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 18, 2014 No. 583;

to an individual — entrepreneur MOKIENKO OLEKSANDR IVANOVICH (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2267721974) a license to conduct security activities of the AB series No. 594857, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 11, 2012 No. 11;

an individual - entrepreneur MEZENTSEV VALERY VASYLOVYCH (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2140808672) a license to conduct security activities of the AE series No. 184596, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of November 05, 2012 No. 1012.

2. The Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the decision of the working day following the day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of the order.
