On the cancellation of licenses for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of directors of LLC “HUNTING AND SPORT”, LLC “LIBRA TRADE”

I ORDER:

1. Cancel:

a license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.03.2016 № 162 TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “HUNTING AND SPORT” (location: Irpinska Street, house 63 A, apartment 74, Kyiv city, 03179, identification code 40056305);

a license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of July 18, 2017 No. 597 to the LIBRA TRADE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (location: Kharkivske highway street, house 19, room 1, groups of premises 8000, city Kyiv, 02090, identification code 39808897).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
