THE ORDER

On the abandonment of applications for the issuance of licenses for the conduct of security activities without consideration

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with applications for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities was applied by limited liability companies “KORDON — CENTER”, “KORDON — CENTER — B” (hereinafter — license applicants).

Based on the results of consideration of applications, it was established that there were grounds for leaving them without consideration.

In violation of subclause 2 of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, a copy of the document confirming the absence of health restrictions for the performance of functional duties, which is issued in accordance with the established procedure, was not provided to the application of the LLC “KORDON — CENTER”.

In addition, copies of work books provided by license applicants do not contain records of appointment to the post of director, who acts as a specialist in the organization of security measures.

It is possible to eliminate the shortcomings by providing the necessary documents in accordance with the above requirements.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of the second paragraph of part 2 of the second article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated March 14, 2018 № 154-2018 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited liability company “KORDON — CENTER” (identification code 41174018, location: Soborna street, building 7-A, office 311, Kropyvnytskyi city, 25009);

application dated March 14, 2018 No. 155-2018 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited liability company “KORDON — CENTER — B” (identification code 41173978, location: Soborna street, building 7-A, office 311, Kropyvnytskyi city, 25009).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
