THE ORDER

On refusal to issue licenses for the conduct of security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs with applications for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities was applied by limited liability companies “KELEBRA”, “ALLIANCE SECURITY” (hereinafter — license applicants). According to the results of consideration of applications and documents submitted by license applicants in accordance with the requirements of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, it is established that the documents relating to the specialist in the organization of security measures do not meet the requirements of paragraph eight part of the first part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

In addition, the application of “KELEBRA” LLC does not contain data that must be entered into it, and there is no copy of the document confirming compliance with the qualification requirements of a specialist in the organization of security measures.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing documents on a specialist in the organization of security measures, who, in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Law, must be the head of the security entity or his deputy, the head of a branch, another separate structural unit or his deputy, whose official duties include the organization and conduct of security measures, control on the performance of the duties assigned to him by the security personnel, a copy of the document confirming compliance with the qualification requirements of a specialist in organizing events security, as well as to enter data in the prescribed form in the application for the issuance of a license.

On the basis of paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct security activities:

the limited liability company “KELEBRA” (identification code 35358882, location: Fontana Doroga Street, building 74-A/1, Odessa city, 65016 — application dated February 28, 2017 No. 79-2017);

Limited Liability Company “ALLIANCE SECURITY” (identification code 37005910, location: Bohdan Khmelnytsky Avenue, house 35, room 23, Dnipro city, 49055 — statement dated February 28, 2017 No. 78-2017).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication on the next working day.

3. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
