THE ORDER

On the expansion of activities and the place of conduct of activities

In accordance with the second paragraph of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the fee for granting a license in the part for which the licensee intends to expand his activities is charged as for obtaining a new license in accordance with the first part of Article 14 of the Law in the amount of one subsistence minimum, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Expand the limited liability company “PHYSICAL CULTURAL AND SPORTS COMPLEX “ACADEMY” (Donetsk highway, bud. 2-D, m. Dnipro, 49000, identification code 30888424) conducting a type of economic activity on trade in ammunition for non-military firearms as an additional part, namely trade in non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and airspeed bullets over 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

Details for the payment of the license fee: the recipient of the UC in Amur-Nizhnedneprovsky district of the city. Dnipro/Amur-Nizhnedneprovskiy r-n/22011800; recipient code 37989300; bank of the recipient GUDKSU in Dnipropetrovsk region; bank code 805012; account number 33217896770003; classification code 22011800.

2. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “STVOL” (ul. Rishelevskaya, 73, m. Odessa, 65012, identification code 37608933), consider the workshop and shop at the address: ul. Krakivska, 34, m. Lviv, 79008, is the place of economic activity on the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
