On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of activity

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 642342 for the conduct of economic activities for the production of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense and their sale, issued to the limited liability company “DYNAMIKA MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE” (identification code 3582828 218; location of the licensee: ul. Zolochivska, 1, m. Kharkiv, 61177) in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated May 14, 2015 No. 566.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
