On the narrowing of the conduct of economic activities, the issuance of a license for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow the proceedings of the private enterprise “SPORTS-HUNTING ENTERPRISE TARGET” (Bazarna Street, house 38, apartment 33, Odessa city, 65014, identification code 35993027) type of economic activity for production, repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition passages to it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special devices charged with substances of tear and irritant action, active defense, sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, carried out in accordance with the licenses of the AE series No. 269910 and No. 269911 issued by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of November 15, 2013 No. 1103, to the type of activity on trade in firearms non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, individual protection, active defense.

2. Issue to the individual entrepreneur GOLUBU VOLODYMYR IVANOVYCH, residing at the address: Sheptytskoho Street, 128, apartment 4, Nikolaev city, Lviv region, 81600, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2615212350, a license for conducting business activities in trade firearms of non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with substances lacrimation and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: Bolonia street, house 16 A, apartment 4, Mykolaiv city, Lviv region.
