MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE ORDER

On the issuance of a license for conducting business activities and expanding the conduct of business activities In
accordance with Article 14 and paragraph 2 of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for the issuance of a license, based on the amount of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ECOPROFPROEKT” (Bakulina Street, building 11, office 4-48 Kharkiv city, 61166, identification code 35477850) a license to conduct economic activities for the production of active defense equipment. Place of activity at the address: Grigoriya Rudika street, house 8, Kharkiv city. Details for the payment of the license fee: UC recipient in Kyiv district/city Kharkiv Kyiv district/22011800, recipient code 37999675, recipient's bank Treasury of Ukraine (EAP), bank code 899998, account number 34319896070394, classification code 22011800.

2. Expand the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “RYS SOUTH” (Ivan Franko Street, building 47, Nikolaev city, 54037, identification code 41431886) conducting the type of economic activity for the production of active defense equipment with an additional part, namely production, trade in ammunition for non-military firearms the purpose and sale of active defense equipment. Details for payment of license fee: UC recipient in Nikolaev/Ship district/22011800, recipient code 37992781, recipient's bank Treasury of Ukraine (EAP), bank code 899998, account number 34318896170110, classification code 22011800.

3. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
