THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the requirements of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the director of “RIS-ZHYTOMYR” LLC about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 186038 for the conduct of activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; license of the AE series No. 186039 for the conduct of special sales activities means charged with tear and irritating substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 22.11.2012 No. 1079 to the limited liability company “RIS-ZHYTOMYR” (location: st. Peremohy, 51, m. Zhytomyr, 10003, identification code 34854960).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
