On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

2. To re-issue to the private enterprise “GUARD - GUARD” (location: Rodnikova street, house 66, Kropyvnytskyi city, Kirovohrad region, 25006, identification code 35924283) a license to conduct security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.08.2014 No. 762 to a private enterprise “KRAB-02”, in connection with the change in the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 01.08.2014 No. 762 to the private enterprise “KRAB-02” (location: Gogol Street, house 167, apartment 21, Zaporizhia city, 69095, identification code 35924283), in connection with the issuance of the transfer issued license to private enterprise “GUARD - GUARD”.

4th. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

5. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three working days to notify license applicants about the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
