On the issuance of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) Corporation “TASKO” (str. Yaroslavskaya, bud. 5/2-B, Kyiv, 04071, identification code 22866094) license for carrying out activities for production, repair of non-military firearms, production of ammunition for non-military firearms. Place of activity at the address: ul. Lomonosova, 1, m. Vyshneve, Kyievo-Sviatoshynskyi district, Kyiv region;

2) to the limited liability company “AVTO-FEMIDA” (Ave. 50th Anniversary of Victory, 22, m. Melitopol, Zaporizhzhya region, 72318) license for carrying out activities for repairing non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s. Place of activity at the address: ul. Dzerzhinskogo, 71, m. Melitopol, Zaporozhye region.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three working days to notify license applicants about the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
