THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses of LLC “Ukrainian-German joint venture “Schmeiser”

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph eight of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of refusal of LLC “UKRAINIAN-GERMAN JOINT ENTERPRISE “SCHMEISER” to conduct an audit by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. Cancel the license of AB series No. 446197 for the production, repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s and license AB series No. 446198 for the implementation of activities for the production of special means charged with substances of lacrimal and irritant action, active defense, sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense issued to the limited liability company “UKRAINIAN-GERMAN JOINT ENTERPRISE “SCHMEISER” (identification code 20042911) in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.04.2010 No. 129.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the license applicant of the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
