On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the right to conduct security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

2. Reregister a limited liability company “MORRIGAN GROUP” (location: st. Stepan Rudanskogo, bud. 3-A, m. Kyiv, 04112, identification code 40281377) license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.06.2016 No. 487 to the limited liability company “SECURITY AGENCY “VESTA”, in connection with the change in the name of the legal entity.

3. To invalidate the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 09.06.2016 No. 487 to the limited liability company “SECURITY AGENCY “VESTA” (location: ul. Stepan Rudanskogo, bud. 3-A, m. Kyiv, 04112, identification code 40281377), in connection with the issuance of a re-issued license to the limited liability company “MORRIGAN GROUP”.

4. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

5. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three working days to notify license applicants about the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
