In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Expand the limited liability company “VESTA RIELTI” (st. Hvoiky, 21, m. Kyiv, 04080, identification code 34348354) conducting a type of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely the type of economic activity for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms and issue a license for conducting economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. According to the information submitted by an individual — entrepreneur Naboka Tatyana Mikhailovna, who lives at the address: ul. Naberezhnaya, 62, m. Mykolaiv, 55200, — consider the store at the address: ul. Sadova, 17, m. Uman, Cherkasy region, is a place of economic activity on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and tear substances action, personal protection, active defense.
