THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 7 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act on the detection of inaccuracy of data in documents submitted by the business entity together with the application for obtaining a license,

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued to the limited liability company “TORGROUP” (identification code 38510889), in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 07.07.2016 No. 625.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision with the sending of the corresponding extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
