THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 7 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 642232 for the conduct of security activities, issued to the limited liability company “BEST-SECURITY” (identification code 39595298), in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.04.2015 No. 373, on the basis of the act of refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection of the body licensing.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision with the sending of the corresponding extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
