THE ORDER

On the issuance and re-registration of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue a license for the conduct of security activities:

limited liability company “YAVIR-2000 KHARKIV” (identification code 40287709, location: str. Bavarskaya, building 7-A, sq. 16, Kharkiv, 61039);

the limited liability company “SECURITY OF THE DNIPRO” (identification code 40895363, location: str. Serhiy Efremov, house 21-D, city Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49000);

limited liability company “CENTURION 2016" (identification code 40813711, location: str. Ponomaryova, building 30, Irpin city, Kyiv region, 08298);

limited liability company “S.P.A.R.T.A.” (identification code 40900348, location: str. Princess Olga, house 8-A, Dnipro city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49038);

limited liability company “BALATON SECURITY SERVICE” (identification code 40659747, location: str. Zoological, building 4-A, office 139, Kyiv city, 04119);

2. To re-issue the license dated July 31, 2010 of the AV series No. 540339 for the conduct of security activities to the private enterprise “SECURITY — LAW BUREAU “CROSS” (identification code 36839310, location: Dzhincharadze lane, house 1, sq. 166, Dnipro city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49th 000), in connection with the change in the name of the legal entity.

3. To recognize as invalid the license of July 31, 2010 of the AV series No. 540339 for the conduct of security activities issued to the private enterprise “KROS-C” (identification code 36839310, location: Dzhincharadze lane, house 1, sq. 166, Dnipro city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49000), in connection with re-registration.

4. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication.

5. The licensing department (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three working days to notify license applicants about the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
