About license revocation
To comply with the requirements of paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with the application of LLC “COMPANY “AKB” about the cancellation of its own license
I ORDER:
1. To cancel the license of the AE series No. 284603 issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1043 of October 29, 2013 No. 1043, to the limited liability company “COMPANY “AKB” (identification code 38916249).
2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision made by sending an extract from the license cancellation order and ensure control over the execution of this order.
4. This order comes into force from the date of its adoption.
