THE ORDER

On the cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 7 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued to the limited liability company “OBERIG GARANT GROUP” (identification code 40390383), in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.05.2016 No. 362, on the basis of the act on the detection of inaccuracy of data in the documents submitted by the business entity together with the application about obtaining a license.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days to notify the licensee of the decision with the sending of the corresponding extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
