On the cancellation of the license of “ASTRON-PLUS” LLC

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of “ASTRON-PLUS” LLC

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license to carry out economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 18.02.2011 № 56 to the limited liability company “ASTRON-PLUS” (location: Solnechnaya street, house 9, village Nastasiv, Ternopil district, Ternopil region, 47734, identification code 23589515).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
