THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.08.2016 № 760

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, to enforce the decision of the Odessa Administrative Court of Appeal of 20.12.2016, issued in case No. 815/4987/16 on the claim of the limited liability company “BUSINESS SECURITY” to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the cancellation of the decision and order of 04.08.2016 № 760 in part of the cancellation of the license of 02.03.2011 of the AG series No. 505474 for the right to provide services for the protection of property and citizens issued by “BUSINESS SECURITY” LLC (identification code 37389603),

I ORDER:

1. Cancel the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.08.2016 No. 760 “On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities of “BUSINESS SECURITY” LLC”.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.) within three calendar days inform the limited liability company “BUSINESS SECURITY” about the decision made with the sending of the relevant extract and ensure control over the execution of this order.
