On the issuance of a license for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

1) the limited liability company “EPICENTER K” (str. Bratislava, building 11, Kyiv city, 02139, identification code 32490244) — license for conducting activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 mm and bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; special sale means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: Marshala Zhukova Avenue, 99, Druzhnyi railway station, Limanka village, Ovidiopolsky district, Odessa region;

2) an individual — entrepreneur Shcherbina Olga Nikolaevna, who lives at the address: ul. 13 Grizodubova Street, block 8, Melitopol city, Zaporizhzhya region, 72316, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2836714304, — license for conducting activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 mm and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 m/s; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: ul. Hetman Sagaidachnoho, building 20, Melitopol city, Zaporizhzhya region.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) within three working days to inform the license applicant of the decision made and ensure control over the execution of this order.
