THE ORDER

On refusal to issue licenses for the conduct of security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs with applications for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities was applied by the limited liability companies “SECURITY FIRM “ORLAN”, PROTECTION AGENCY “CHARACTERISTICS”, “SECURITY AGENCY “ROCK” (hereinafter - license applicants). According to the results of consideration of applications and documents submitted by license applicants in accordance with the requirements of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, it is established that the documents relating to the specialist in the organization of security measures do not meet the requirements of paragraph eight part of the first article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing documents on a specialist in the organization of security measures, who, in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Law, must be the head of the security entity or his deputy, the head of a branch, another separate structural unit or his deputy, whose official duties include the organization and conduct of security measures, control in the performance of the duties assigned to it by the security personnel.

On the basis of paragraph 1 of part 3 of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license to conduct security activities:

limited liability company “SECURITY FIRM “ORLAN” (identification code 40528916, location: str. Yaroslaviv Val, 13/2/, letter “B”/, office 2, Kyiv city, 01054, - statement dated October 17, 2016 № 254-2016);

the limited liability company SECURITY AGENCY “CHARACTERS” (identification code 40865623, location: Bogdan Khmelnytsky Avenue, house 160, Dnipro city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49000, - statement dated October 17, 2016 No. 255-2016);

limited liability company “SECURITY AGENCY “ROCK” (identification code 40790951 location: str. Chervonopilskaya, house 23/17, room 1, Kyiv, 04123, - application dated October 17, 2016 No. 264-2016).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. To the Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.V.) a copy of this decision to send license applicants within a period not exceeding five working days and ensure control over the execution of this order.
