On making changes to the order

Ministry of Internal Affairs as of 04.10.2016 № 1052

Due to an error in the text of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 04.10.2016 No. 1052 “On the issuance and cancellation of licenses for the right to conduct certain types of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. The sub-paragraph of the third paragraph 1 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 04.10.2016 No. 1052 should be worded: “To an individual - entrepreneur Golovko Zoya Leonidovna, who lives at the address: ul. Svyato-Troitskaya, 19, m. Snovsk, Chernihiv region, 15200, — registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 3102516486, — license to conduct activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4,5 mm and flight speed bullets over 100 m/s; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: ul. Svyato-Troitskaya, 6-A, m. Snovsk, Chernihiv region, 15200.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) ensure the posting and publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Licensing Office (Kamyshanov V.I.).
